Conversion with equations

Hi,

I'm trying to convert an ODT file with equations in it to EPUB (or MOBI) using calibre in ubuntu.

The error I get at the end is that the file math.dtd cannot be found. I've installed w3c-dtd-xhtml, w3-dtd-mathml and openoffice.org-dmaths, but still no luck.

I've done quite a bit of searching, but can't find any other instance of this error, so I feel a bit stuck.

Any suggestions? Here's the output from calibre:

odfpy, the library calibre uses to convert ODT to HTML does not support math.
