Images in ebooks
I have ~150 ebooks in MOBI format. They have images in them as web links. It works on PC, but on Kindle they don't show up. Is there a way to make them embedded in the MOBI file instead.
I have the exact same problem as https://bugs.launchpad.net/calibre/+bug/1405803 It says that a fix was released, but how exactly was it fixed? |

It's not the same problem as data URLs are not links. Convert your MOBI books to AZW3, open the azw3 in the calibre editor, use tools->external links->download external resources which will download the images and put them into the books for you.
