Hi there!

Today I wanna share with you a KUAL app I've made exploiting the WebReaderViewer kindle built-in tool (more infos here)

WebReaderViewer is really great tool to display images, especially comics: it provides fast and responsive pinch-to-zoom functionality and smooth scrolling.

Supported formats by now are: jpg, gif (not animated) and png. You must place the images in the images folder. Kindle Gallery can be launched from KUAL.

With release 1.2, all the major bugs have been fixed: now is fast and responsive and doesn't close anymore after displaying each image.

Next to do: let it run in landscape mode also without Kindle Menu, and maybe add some image formats. (Hopefully soon! ) This app will be also added to the next Kindle Menu release.

P.S. please delete your old version folder before updating, to clean up the image thumbs

Btw, this extension is still an experimental one, due to some issues that still must be fixed:

- Gallery loading is quite slow, depending on how many images do you have in the images folder (that's where you must put them), and how much big are them. The problem is that ImageMagick take much time generating all the thumbs
- Each time you open an image, the gallery will be closed and you will have to reopen it (really annoying...). I can't simply leave it open because is an "always on top" window, and would cover the viewer. Possible fix: listen to some WebReaderViewer close event?
- Trying to make it start in landscape mode instead of portrait, but by now it works only if the app is launched while you are reading an ebook in landscape mode

Once these issues are fixed, I will embed KindleGallery in the KindleMenu bundle package.
