Was it Thunderball? I suppose I can't hedge my bet with both Nancy and Tom for Thunderball? No? Ok, lets go with Nancy Sinatra for Thunderball then.
If memory serves me Carly Simon also did one, the one that had Ringo Starr's girlfriend or wife playing a Russian spy that falls in love with 007.

Oh - guess again - for Thunderball ....

And Carly Simon indeed sang on one film ...the song title was different from the movie title .... (hint)

Logically, Nancy Sinatra must have done You Only Live Twice then.

Carly Simon's song was something like No One Does It Better. I'm right on the movie though?

That is where I'm stuck. I know I should know it, but I can't get it out. It is lodged some far place back in my brain, but it refuses to come out. I guess it might come to me in my sleep, but i will be too late by then. Oh well...

It must have been either On her majesty's secret service or Licence to kill. I'm guessing On her Majesty's Secret Service, since I have a vague rememberence of this song with an unusual Bond

Also, when Tom Jones asked how the producers wanted him to sing it, they played Goldfinger's theme for him and told him to sing as loudly as he could!

Kind of a male Shirley Bassey.
