Arc Kobo Arc

Hey guys, I need some help with something.

So I've set up my collections on my Kobo Arc 7 but once I've set the books in the collection, they are no longer in order. I cannot find a way to change the order, the only thing I can do when in a collection is create a new one, rename the current one or learn to add things to my collection. Does anybody know what to do? There are no other options available when I press the three dots at the top of the screen, or when I hold down for a little while in the collection.

Try adding numbers (01, 02, 03) to the beginning of your book filenames. I use this method all the time.

Where are all my Arc people?

Recently did a factory reset and found cannot setup the Arc. Why was the option of setting up without wifi not put on arc as it is on kobo touch?
I now have a useless Kobo Arc but have just bought a 2nd hand Nook BNTV400, which seems to be quite similar and actually works.
