Tablets are too small part of my life to care much. I think the only reason I have one is because they were on sale for $30 and I thought, "ooooh, shiny." I find myself trying to find uses for my tablet.

If all your books are already sorted into iBooks, why don't you just enable iCloud for it? Unless you have a Windows PC. But even then you can still copy books manually to your device using the “Apps” view in the device section of iTunes. Should work with iBooks and Marvin alike.
