REQ: Add support for D70 Pro II tablet to Calibre

Currently the D70 Pro II tablet is not recognized by calibre. Below is the connection information from my linux machine. If additional information is needed please let me know.

In this case sde was internal storage and sdi1 was the sdcard.

This generic chinese tablet should follow the same profile as any jellybean Android Phone or Tablet. If more specific information on formats are needed then please let me know the method to collect them.

I was using mass storage mode for the previous before/after....I'm not sure it has a MTP mode but I'm willing to provide before/after with mass storage turned off if you need it.

No, that's fine, I just needed to know whether to add the usb ids to the mass storage or mtp driver.
