Version 3.6.106 - Python 3.8 & Performance Improvements
Version 3.6.106 - 13 February 2020 Q&S has been overhauled, refurbished, refactored and restructured to greatly improve its performance and reliability, and to make it fully Python 3.8 compatible. Retested with both Calibre 4.10.1 (Python 2.16+) and Calibre 4.99.4 (Python 3.8).

Remember to run the menu option near the top of the Q&S menu starting with "After Version Upgrade: Create New SQLite Database Objects"; this should be done after any installation of Q&S, new or upgraded.

Also, hover your mouse over the Q&S main menu to view its blue main menu ToolTips (see the attached).

I apologize if I missed the instructions for this (I did look), but are there actual instrutions for the 'configure Q&S Preferences and Options' steps where you indicate the custom columns for 'derive genres', 'dewey decimal code', and 'LCC'?

Series-scrubbing miscellaneous option "Download Work Series/Titles/Indexes from Web Source for All Series for a Single Author [Single Author Only]" now works as well as or better than it did 5 years ago, plus now it of course is fully Python 3 Calibre 4.99.5 compatible.

"WSSVD" still means "Web Source Series Validation Data", which is accumulated within Q&S for automated series metadata enhancement and validation purposes.

There are a few English punctuation scenarios in WSSVD downloading and use in Series Name renaming and Series Index validation that I am still working on to improve further, but this version's changes are major both technically and functionally, and should be installed immediately.
