Media player for Kobo?

Is there any software available for the Kobo devices like mplayer for Kindle? I would like to use an OTG to audio cable and listen to audiobooks and music on my Clara HD.

AFAIK there's is no DAC inside the Kobo, and an external one would likely require some kind of drivers and an audio subsystem to make it work, which I doubt are part of the firmware.

Yes, but you can manually compile the kernel if needed.
