More memory for qemu image

I am using the qemu image supplied by iRex for debugging my code to handle bigger files in Xournal. Unfortunately the image only has 256MB memory of which aprox 128MB is available. The problem is that I have a 75MB files that I want to load and then save (with annotations) under a different name.

Currently I am starting qemu from Ajunta. Is there a(n easy) way to get more memory?

Thanks,
Marcel

the root filesystem image is an ext2 filesystem, you can use resize2fs to resize it:
# e2fsck -f poky-image-ion-devel-qemuarm-20100611123250.rootfs.ext2
# resize2fs poky-image-ion-devel-qemuarm-20100611123250.rootfs.ext2 500M

where 500M is the desired new size

(update: I don't know if it's already installed on the development vmware image, you may need to install the package e2fsprogs)

Thanks for the info, I am rather new to linux, so I do not yet know all of these tricks. I first need to cleanup my vmware image (anyone got any idea how to increase the disksize of a VMware image, I am using the VMWare image from Adam B.?) so I have not tried it yet, but Thanks anyway.

Update: removed some files and could use the commands as indicated. Thanks Again!
