Downloading Kindle bookmarks and notes
Is it possible to download bookmarks, notes, and highlights I do in my Kindle books and keep them locally on my PC?

It is visible in device view (USB connection). Right click: copy to Libraty. Note, this is just another 'book' to calibre |

Question, is the "My clippings.txt" file similarly available for the Kindle Paperwhite? Also, is it available via mass usb storage/file system access or does it connect to calibre via a proprietary method? Thanks!

For storing the annotations, you can use the Annotations plugin. It reads this file and adds the annotations to either the comments or a customer column in the calibre library. |
