underlining text in LRF?

I know you can do italics, and I know how to do bold, but is there a way to underline text as well via LRF (other than making it a link)?

Also, is there a handy LRF reference that tells me what some of the various flags are/do for the different elements?

It can be reached with EmpLine, here is some example:

<EmpLine emplineposition="after" emplinetype="solid">THIS LINE IS UNDERLINED WITH SOLID LINE</EmpLine>

As far as I know LRF specification is not available. Only LRS:

Thank you.

Actually, I think I just wanted the LRS spec, so you were a big help.
