Kindlegen error on Linux - not Windows

Hi All,

Weird issue that I've searched high and low to address but hoping someone might be able to help. I have a standard epub (free Moby Dick from Standard Ebooks) that I'm trying to convert using kindlegen. I get an error that there is more than one OPF file, but after checking the container.xml and verifying there really is only one, I ended up giving it a try on Windows and it all worked fine?!

Any ideas?
