for amusement: what will you read first on iLiad?

Status quo: We are still waiting for an brown UPS car delivering an iLiad.
So we have some time for off-topic threads. Have we?

Q: what will you read first on iLiad?
My answer:
  1. Technical Manual of USS Enterprise [Star Trek] (just for fun)
  2. »Solaris« by Stanislaw Lem (I like Lem's novels)
  3. lecture scrips, scientific specialized press etc. (Business is the salt of life.)
  4. German weekly newspaper »Die Zeit« (Will it replace printed version? Will it viable to read a lage-sized pdf on iLiad?)

Yepp, I croped some pdf-files already.
A CF-Card with many files is waiting to be used.

Very good! What a pity, that I have already read the whole series a few times over, oherwise it would be a good start.

I think I will try some Uplift-Novels from Brin.

Greetings, Frank

I croped the unprinted white margin of the pdf page in hope that iLiad screen will show less unused space without zooming etc.

Some documents I printed in a 12/16 cm page size for testing purposes.

We will see out it will work in real.

Oh dear...^^

@FGFuzaxx

Did you read the "World of Tiers" by F.J. Farmer? I read that one in paper many years ago and it was actually a very good series, maybe even better than Riverworld. It goes a bit too deeply into the gory details sometimes, but otherwise is a very imaginative and interesting story. Riverworld is cool as well, but the volume i'm reading now has lots of (IMHO) unnecessary lengths. I is pretty cool however that Farmer goes to such ends to make his charakters correspond witht he ture historical figures...lots of work has gone into that!

I've got a few old "Jack vance"'s waiting in the corridor.
Have read those many times but reading Vance is like walking through a forest you visited before.
Same roads, different views.
