For the frontlight model, some questions:
1) Will it be possible to fully turn off the frontlight?
2) Is it possible to fully navigate using buttons without the pen?
3) Is it possible to remove the pen holder on the side?

The M96(ML) is on Alibaba for 300 USD. Seems like a good deal. I have no experience with Alibaba though so I will wait until the vendor replies to my inquiry about the price.

Sorry, but I really doubt about probity of this offer. Our current import price for N96 series is pretty higher than this offered retail price. I've contacted one of Onyx CEOs concerning this offer - they never heard about this HongJing company.

I just assumed the price was so low because it's 1,000+ quantity. No?

They list that you can order 1 so I figured they made a good deal with Onyx. But if what Booxtor said is true, then it is more likely that they are trying to scam people.

I wonder if you have purchase protection if you pay with a creditcard on Alibaba. If so, I would be willing to try this one out.

@Booxtor, how much do you think you will retail this for? I am interested in buying one.

Ah, I just clicked again and saw the minimum order listed as 1. I could have sworn it didn't say that the other day. I probably just missed it somehow.

I have the same question. What is the estimated retail Price?
I am interested in buying two N96ML. You told aroung 700 euro the 13.3
model but you did not tell anything about this model.

Yes 349 in Thailand and 415 in europe, a 20% of overprice and Booxtor said that they have not almost profit in the 13.3 model. I am sorry but I can not beleive it.

That 20% looks awfully close to the German VAT rate, which is 19%. Before you get your pitchforks out you should doublecheck if that Thai store actually includes VAT or not. I have a hunch it might not.
