Hell, I may buy one just to see if it's legit. If so, it'll be a present.

If they are fakes, the guy selling them is in for a sh*t storm of negative feedback once they are shipped. The feedback he has is pretty good, actually. Interesting.

Genuine cellphone made in China is one thing, fake Chinese cellphone is something completely different. (Have you heard about Airphone?) I bet it is a fake Kindle that looks like Kindle but comes with cheap fake hardware.

I agree it's probably fake, but the ad is CLEARLY advertising it as genuine.

If it's fake when it arrives, I'm going on a rampage with this guy (getting Amazon/eBay/PayPal involved for copyright infringement).

We'll see.
