Which is the best note taking tablet?

I love the e-ink tablet. In september i have buyed a likebook alita. After the update i hate the stock software to keep notes. I was watching remarkable and supernote because they have a pixel program.
My question is which is the best???
And do you know other Tablet e-ink with pixel program to keep notes???

Depends how you want to store notes. Jota is the best all round text editor.

the storage isn't a problem. The important is that is possible in a second time modify the content. I can't search jota. Can you submit a link?

I use Jota on my Android phone and tablets. Easily found on Playstore. It can save/read on storage readable/writeable by laptop via USB and is plain text so compatible.
