I have setup the tooling, preview builds will be at
https://download.calibre-ebook.com/preview/

In the future they will all have version numbers with the patch level (third number) >= 100. No regular calibre release has these only preview and beta releases, so it should be easy to tell when you are running one.

See the commits on GitHub to see what has changed.. The changes start with "version 7.8" on 5 Apr 2024, and end with "Bump version for preview" on 12 April 2024.
