And then, after a while, I got a notice that Firefox 8 wanted to upgrade itself to 14 (I think). So I let it. So, now it starts and then crashes in about 3 seconds. At least it is consistent. Have meantime loaded Opera Mobile. Seems to work OK.

I've wanted to like Firefox on the fire... But, they've failed to impress me.

I deleted FFX14, reinstalled 8. Again, it works in portrait, black in landscape. I'm using Opera Mobile Labs with Extensions mostly. It won't let me watch Youtube. Silk does Youtube OK. Guess I should try Dolphin.
