any chance of a Calibre version for the new Google "Pixelbook" arriving end 2017?
Heard many rumors about this new Pixelbook (release to be announced October 4, 2017), much of which I do NOT understand as I am not a developer.
One gist is that it will run "container VM" alongside Chrome (virtual machines running natively on a chromebook)...does this mean I may someday be able to run Calibre on the new Google Pixelbook? It would be great, since I am probably not going back to either Windows or Mac as primary computers. Thanks in advance for your comments. |

If the virtual machine can run a normal operating system, then yes you will be able to run calibre in it.
