This book was uploaded to the Library as a PRC format ten years ago. I have rebuilt it, with the original cover, the frontispiece, and reinstated many missing format details such as italics, and diacritical characters. There was also a grid table in the original hard-back book which wasn't optimally rendered for e-readers, and which is now a jpeg, which will therefore retain its layout. This book isnow available in epub, azw3 and mobi format, and I have identified it as v2.
