It is probably regional. "Ghost Brigades" is not promoable here in Australia.

Margaret Atwood's MaddAddam Trilogy is $7.85 at Diesel.

Individually these books (Oryx and Crake, The Year of the Flood, MaddAddam) are selling for around $10 each.
