My M7 must be sick.

Hey, everyone!

I've been using an M7 for about 6 months now, and I've really enjoyed it.

One day, though, it suddenly stopped booting from that screen.

I've tried a few things to see if it would work, like holding down the power button and turning it off and on, but nothing seems to be working.

I reached out to Facebook for help, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and knows what to do. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I don't have the M7 but since it has to buttons for page turning: Have you tried various combinations of pushing the power button and one (or both) of the buttons?
On Android devices with volume buttoms pushing the power button together with on of the volume buttons for some time usually offers some additional options like a recovery mode.

Have you tried charging the M7? Maybe the battery is running low...

I have found that the reset button on the M7 acts as a volume button and I have been able to get into recovery mode.

However, my M7 still continues to boot by itself.
The difference is that it goes one step further than before, 'The device is starting up', but it still doesn't work.

Oh, and I charged the battery as normal, of course.

And I've contacted the official Facebook account, but there's been no response.
