How about: "You have the right to your opinion, I have the right to ignore it."
It's not quite the same idea, but it does go nicely in the direction of expressing that the mere fact that something is someone's opinion it doesn't necessarily bind anyone else to agreeing with it, or even caring about it. It leaves out the dumb and ignorant factors, though. |
