Well I don't have a iPhone, but I do read books on my iPad. Currently iBooks is my primary reading software. I like how it displays books in two columns while in landscape. Reading text in a single column on a screen this big just feels awkward to me. I've tried other (epub compatible) software, but keep going back mostly for this reason.
