This 14th volume of my H. Rider Haggard anthology contains the following books:
Red Eve An occult historical novel, in which the Black Plague is a personified presence with many magic powers. This wonderful fantasy novelette was the result of his conversion; he never hunted again. The Wanderer's Necklace Fantasy adventure; memories of former life in medieval Scandinavia.
