Dropbox updated for iPad

The highlights:

Although there aren’t nearly as many options here in terms of actually working with your Dropbox files as in the web-based interface for example, you can both view and share items with friends via e-mail. You can also send supported file types on to other native iPad applications like Pages and Keynote.

I'm a fan of SugarSync, pretty much the same functionality for a cheaper price. Actually it allows you to specify any folder to sync vs a single DropBox folder

I've been using Dropbox to transfer pdfs into Goodreader. It's nice for a free app, and they give you 2gb storage free as well which is enough for me since I delete the files once they are transferred to Goodreader.
