I wonder where the attachment went. I'll be back shortly with the CC log.

FWIW, sending the e-mail froze my phone. Turning it off and on again has restored it and it appears the mail was sent.
So, last night I was having some trouble getting to the internet from my phone ... so after sending off the logs I decided to try connecting again. Naturally, it worked. So, maybe the phone was just in a bad mood about the internet yesterday??? |

The CC debug log unfortunately doesn't have any information. It has been truncated, something that CC does to keep the logs from growing endlessly. I thought that truncation left around 1/4 the log, but in this case it left almost nothing. I need to look at that truncation code. The calibre log shows that calibre heard the "are you there?" message and responded, but it never heard the "OK, now connect" message. That usually means that the firewall is blocking incoming connections, but given the debugging you did before I can't really stand behind that claim. It could also mean that CC never heard calibre's "Yes, I am there" reply. Without a more complete CC log I can't say. There is clearly something strange on your network. What is anyone's guess. |

Well, the first time I think we have a good explanation ... except for why it ever worked. So, maybe the rest of it is down to mood If it happens again, I will see if I can't get a reasonable set of logs, but I think I will try shutting down the phone first, or at least make sure that it is talking to the internet.
Thanks again for a great product. |
