I agree that you should have a copy to clipboard button to be able to, if you choose, review the results at you convenience. |

I mistakenly thought that you wanted them added to calibre with a clipboard option so you could do that. This can be done with the automerge create duplicate records option and can be done while adding a lot of books at once without having to decide immediately for each book. Even if it adds another format to an existing record it still is in the clipboard output. For me it is good, but since you are happier with the non automerge then I am sure a button added would be far superior and certainly couldn't hurt in any case to make things more consistent. Sorry Helen |

remember that git considers an addition at the end of a line to be 1 line deleted and a new line added, so that is 3 lines deleted 23 lines added and 2 lines appended.
And 2 of the other deleted lines were refactored into 3 lines added, to append a single argument to the (original) second line. so really it is 1 line deleted, 20 lines added, 1 line appended, 1 line split in two; that's 23 lines. |

As far as I'm concerned a 'git' is a pejorative term to describe a contemptible person that has been deemed by the House of Commons Speaker as unparliamentary language - and thus it probably shouldn't be used on this forum

Using a OS tool like that is similar to just deleting a program folder from Program files in windows... You leave chaos behind. ONLY Calibre, should remove books from the Library |
