Save settings error

I couldn't find a general HELP section, so I'll ask about it here.

Each time I click on the "Check" to save settings I get "ERROR:Unhandled Exception" and the error is worded: "IOError:[Errno 13] Permission Denied:" and the rest is the path to a file "look_and_feel.py"

I have tried to run the program as administrator, but still no preferences or settings can be "applied."

Otherwise the program runs and works just fine.

I'm using it on Windows 7 64 bit.
