I briefly skimmed the site but I couldn't find a way to look at books by genre. Could you possibly tags the book posts for what genres they fall in? It would make going through the archives a lot easier.

Also, in the submitting your book set of rules, you might want to list what "thumbnail size" is (ie 150px wide, or 200px high, or whatever size you choose). It will create a more unified look to the blog and give a solid rule for the authors to follow (instead of forcing them to guesstimate).

Tags done, thanks for the tip. The blog program shrinks the image to the size you get in the posts, unless the image it too small. I'll add something to the submission guidelines.
