Can't connect
Hi,
After resetting factory settings I am unable to use my Kobo because when I try to connect to my WiFi then after entering my password I get this message: There was a problem downloading the update. Try to upgrade or change your WiFi connection again to fix the problem. #7 error. I would be very grateful if someone helped me solve this problem. Thanks in advance |

What model of Kobo?
Have you tried using the Kobo Desktop to do the setup over USB? Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk |

The Koboarc. I didn't use Kobo Desktop because I just did a Factory Reset in the Kobo itself and after this "Kobo asked to fill up some settings and a second setup is to connect with my wi-fi which I cannot do it. Without this, I'm not able to go farther.

And if you can't update that way, Kobo website has directions for updating via Windows or Mac.
