Actually, it's not as useful as it should be. There are no really useful descriptions as to what some of the stuff is and what it does and there are no photos. So if you don't know what it is based on the small description, you won't ever know.

I agree. Spent some time on the phone with a Sony rep trying to find out what a "Soft, application" was. He didn't know and couldn't find out.

Based on Sony's other offerings, the one starting with QS is the Quick Start Guide (in English) and the "Soft, Application" is a replacement for the DVD that came with the Reader.
