Sony is fixing the Available Soon issue

Earlier today I logged into my account at Sony's eBookStore and found that I only had 9 eBooks Available Soon instead of the 10 originally not available. So it seems that Sony is working on the problem.

You and I must be on the same wavelength. I just did the same and found that one of my missing books is now available and the rest have changed from "unavailable" to "available soon." I'm glad Sony seems to be moving along with this, and not just leaving the books abandoned.

Is there a quick way to check to see whethre books that were "Available Soon" a few days ago are available now without having to scroll through (slowly) pages of purchases in the eBook ... er ... Reader Store?

Yep, I was able to download "The Year of the Flood" in epub so all of mine are now epub available.

You could search for the book on the Sony Reader store website. If your search yields nothing, assume that means it's not available.

I have a list of the "available soon" books and I can search for them. But my list of purchased books is relatively sizable, so I was wondering if anyone knew of a shortcut.

Just as an update, of the 29 books that were available soon back when they first converted, 15 are now available for download, so I'm down to 14 LRX files that I haven't been able to replace.

Have they given any dates as to when all the books will be converted? I have quite a few left that I can't access. I hate DRM, I have books I paid for yet can't access.

Can you not read the existing lrx books on your pre-existing reader?
