Found Kobo arc7 T647, doesn't connect to Wi-Fi

Hi, I found Kobo arc7 T647.
For some reason doesn't connect to Wi-Fi, and it is not possible to bypass this screen.
What to do?

If your wifi router supports 5g and it's configured so that both the 2.4g and the 5g use the same SSID, try reconfiguring your router so that it has 2 SSIDs, one for 2.4g and a different one for 5g. That may only be necessary in rare cases. In any event it's probably some configuration thing with your wifi that an old device can't work with.

That really needs to be 5GHz and 2.4GHz. I mean, 5G is something else completely different

And the probable reason is that Kobo no longer support these devices. These devices will be contacting a Kobo server when trying to connect to WiFi. If it can't do this, you will get this method. The problem is that two or three years ago, Kobo had to remove support for older security protocols from their servers. This was because these protocols were no longer considered to be secure. Kobo sent out notices at the time and it was discussed in the forum. I don't remember if there is a way to solve this for the Arcs. You can look in the "Kobo Tablets" subforum for the discussion at the time and since.
