RUMOR: Palm to Close Most Retail Stores by 31 January

I certainly didn't know that had any retail stores! I've flown all over the US and don't recall ever having seen one at a US airport. I wonder where they are?

I live in the US and have not seen any retail Palm stores.

The last one I saw was a kiosk in the underground concourse/food court area around the Sheraton Boston hotel. They aren't exactly thick on the ground.

Well, that sucks. That wasn't what the Engadget item said. Now I'm bummed. I hope Palm can last long enough to get their Linux based phone out the door, but with their recent problems, I'm preparing myself for the worst.
