I can't open any books in Windows 10. I get the message

probably some software such as an antivirus or file sync program running on your computer has locked the files

But there are no directions on how to fix the problem.

What do I do?

Broken web site. The basics of Calibre are intuitive and there is a good manual.
Mac, Windows and Linux. Currently 7.x
Even the ancient 1.48 on XP is still fine, though you'd have to use send to folder for newer devices.
