PC does not recognize Onyx Boox Note
Deal all,
I just unpacked my Onyx Boox Note, and the first I wanted to do is to transfer a .pdf document from the PC to the reader. However, after connecting both device with the cable, which comes together with the reader, my PC (Windows 7) does not recognize it. What can I do to solve this problem? Thanks |

when you plug the note you should be able to see the USB option on the note's system bar. I once tried to switch to charge only and the option disappeared altogether. Had to restart my note to switch back to file transfer mode.
However it may also be a faulty cable. Does the charging led turn on when you plug in anyway? |
