E-Books Sent via Email won't open

I converted the EPUB books to MOBI then I sent it via gmail. It was sent successfully but when I click on the book, it flashes 'queued' then it doesn't open. How can I fix this?

Also, I get an error when I transfer via USB.

Can you see the ereader mounted as drive D:? And if so, can you copy a file to it using Windows Explorer?

Hey! Thanks for replying

. Actually, I solved this problem by factory resetting my kindle. After relogging in, the books sent via email downloaded successfully.
