I kindly ask you if you could send me an SD image to try to restore my Kobo Glo N613 because it seems the image on it is corrupted and I'm not able to use it after the factory reset.

Can someone provide me an image for a Clara HD? I have a white screen. The device will not reboot although I changed the battery for a new one. Now try to create a fresh SD card.
