How to install xiphos or bibletime in my Pocketbook 626 ?
I would like to install a bible application in a Pocketbook 626, like xiphos or bibletime. I have not found any previous work on that. So I imagine I shall follow general tutorials to install a linux app ?
As far as I can read, I shall first update my firmware to version 4.4 and use the SDK 1.0, or to version 5.7, then use the SDK 1.1a. It is not clear if I shall use one of these SDK or another one like here or here. I have also find here this thread which says I shall use the SDK pro for firmware v4 or SDK_481. Some insights and tutorial links are welcome please..... |

I don't know what QT version does the device have but you might try compiling bibletime. xiphos seems to depend on some gnome things.
