Reader Library Software Problems

I moved my books around and then upgraded the Sony Library software. I didn't have any trouble downloading the books I'd gotten from Sony back to the system, but when I tried to add the books that I bought from Webscriptions, I had trouble. In the end, I had to remove the Sony books, and add all the Webscriptions books.

Now, when I re-downloaded the Sony Books, on top of the 83 Webscriptions books, taking the total to 182 EPUB books(because for some reason the 100 books I downloaded show up in the Purchased folder numbered 1 through 99), and I try and re-import 156 BBEB files, it goes wrong. It processes them, and reports that it's imported 154 of 156 books (without giving any info on what got skipped or why), but when I check the list, only 48 show up.

I've removed and reimported individual files, bulk files and the whole folder, but no matter what I do, some of the files won't import, and no matter what I do, I can't get more than 48 of the 156 in.

Does anyone have any experience with this sort of problem? Any suggestions on how I could resolve it?
