Metadata editing
Hi, Kovid.
Would it be possible to have a Metadata editing tool built into the Editor, like Sigil? It would be very handy. Right now, we have to deal with them manually, which may lead to errors, sometimes. It would be awesome if it was capable to detect the EPUB version and offer the according options, since EPUB3 has a different set of metadata and schemes. Also, I hope it could handle Accessibility Metadata as well. Thanks in advance! Last edited by thiago.eec; 10-21-2021 at 10:20 PM. Reason: Typos |

Just edit the metadata in calibre it is updated automatically in the book when you open it in the editor (unless you turned it off in the editor settings). If you mean EPUB specific metadata, no not something I am particularly interested in.
