calibre DR1000 plugin

Has anybody played with the calibre plugin for the DR1000 and tried to modify it ?

For instance, it would be nice if the books would be sent to the existing Books directory and not to a new directory called "ebooks" and the news to the existing "News" directory instead of having them in a sub-directory of "ebooks".

Furthermore, there are now many more formats supported than those that one can select, for instance chm, fb2 etc. Another problem I have is exporting books with extension ".djv" instead of .djvu ....

Anyone with experience in these matters
