Samsung E6 specs
Does anyone have any real specs on the Samsung E6? I hear it is coming to B&N in the spring for$299, that's $100 less then originally projected.. I really like the handwriting capability and with the price drop it's become a real option for me. But I have some questions.
1) Is there a place to put the stylus when not in use? 2) What are the dimesions? 3) What is the weight? Any info would be appreciated. |

Sorry I haven't seen specs posted by Samsung anywhere. I remember it being similar weight to my Boox but slightly shorter and a little wider.
I'm surprised at the $299 price that came out this morning after some of the articles had been posted. At CES I was hearing closer to $400. Clearly the pricing pressure is increasing. |

What is the handwriting capability of the Boox? Could it be used to take notes in a meeting or is it more for writing inthe margins of books you are reading?

At the moment you can take notes on pdf format ebooks only. You can't on epub and others.

the boox has a notepad program. Tou can handwrite notes and save tham as .png files, no pdf required. This has been true since firmware 1.2.2

Have you used it for taking notes? Is it pretty accurate? I'm talking about using it for meetings so I would want something similar to that of a notepad.

So now the next question. How do you make a decent flip open case for a e-reader with a 'slider' for the controls? Are there any other readers on the market with the slider that have cases?
