issue converting from azw3 to mobi (ccs and font issue)

Hi, I am new to Calibre and I have kindle 4.

Recently, my son is reading Dragon Masters books in awz3 file. The issue is that the front size is small and not changeable.

So then I have found a .mobi of the same book online, and It shows the original page (image + text on one page in first picture), then just plain text in the following page (the front size can be increase in second picture) - screenshots in attachments.

Therefore, when I tried to use Calibre and tried to achieve the same result, but Calibre didn't generate the following text page for me. (I have enabled heuristic processing, but didn't do the trick)

I am not sure how this can be done at all and plz plz plz tell me how to get it done if anyone knows how.

We cannot help for any eBooks you've downloaded illegally.

But I can ask if the KF8 version was purchased or downloaded? If it was purchased, we can help. If downloaded, go buy it and then ask for help if any is needed.

The original book was already in the Kindle and was given by his cousin. His cousin said it was purchased long time ago.

Can you tell me if the process is easy or difficult ? If it is very diffcult, then we will look into getting a bigger screen ereader. thx

This will be a fixed layout book, these are not supported in calibre.
