I just checked a couple of titles and they say "presented by Audible.com", so I should think they will work unless they are using a different format than they do on the Audible.com website.

BTW, Audible.com is have a sale. 200 unabridged audiobooks for $4.95 each. I'm stocking up.

I was a member of audible for quite a while, I haven't tried my audiobooks with the kindle2, I'll try it today and get back.

By all accounts they should work though?

Audible Books work
I have 'A History of Modern Britain' by Andrew Marr on there (the paperback weights a ton, I have an Audible subscription, and I like his speaking voice).
