How often does Boox update FW?

I am a first time eReader owner and got a Boox.
How often do they update FW?
It seems to be very infrequent. They do offer new FW if you submit support ticket, but I don't want to install unreleased FW to my device.

Is this type of individual upgrade the norm for Boox?

I've seen updates in the past about every 4-6 months.
Things seem to have stabilized with many models at version 3.3.2

TabUltra (non-C) has Onyx/TabUltra/TabUltra:11/2023-03-29_18-15_3.3.2_108d427855/39548:user/dev-keys

I can't seem to find the latest software for the TabUltraC. Our usual method is drawing a blank. Anybody have any insight into this? The Poke3 is not showing the latest either.
