feature request: ctrl+A in in the "file preview"

Hi,

Thanks for this great ebook editor, it' a great tool. The only think it that I can't select the whole text in th file preview. Ctrl A doesn't work. I would like to be able to do this so that I can copy the select with the formatting.
That would be great if you could had this shortcut.

Why not use the viewer for that?

Well, adding a right click menu action for it is eassy, but note that it will only select the contents of a single html file at a time. Why do you want to copy paste anyway? If you want to do it into a wordprocessor, its better to convert to DOCX/ODT instead.

Or, if you want plain text convert to TXT.

Yes! Converting to docx did it!
I don't know why I didn't think about it, pretty obvious. Anyway, sorry for having taken your time and again thanks a lot for your work!
