Blank footnotes
I've got Calibre 5.26 and I'm reading an EPUB version of "Good Omens" by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. There are a number of footnotes (or endnotes) marked with asterisks in the text. When I'm reading on my iPhone, touching the asterisk jumps to the note, which I can read and then jump back. In the Calibre viewer, however, clicking on the asterisk give me a blank box. I've never had this problem with the viewer before. Any hints on how I can track this down? Is this book just weird (in more than the obvious sense)?
